Meet Tiffany E. DiPanni
Some careers are carefully planned; others reveal their purpose along the way — Tiffany DiPanni’s journey has brought together business, family, relationships, and a passion for making a difference.
Tiffany is the proud daughter, granddaughter and great-niece of military Veterans. As a South Florida entrepreneur, marketing professional, and community leader, Tiffany has built three companies by turning experience, opportunity, and passion into purpose.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Tiffany spent years in high-level corporate leadership and marketing roles within the medical, legal, and sports industries including the NFL, LPGA, Callaway Golf and Perry Ellis International. Her education and extensive professional experience helped shape her expertise in marketing strategy, business development, and particularly generational marketing — understanding how different generations communicate, make decisions, and connect with businesses.
In 2017, Tiffany founded DiPanni Dynamix, a full-service marketing company that allows her to work alongside businesses and professionals to strengthen their brands and develop strategies for growth. Her lifelong connection to older adults later inspired her second business, Social Savvy Seniors, where she combined her expertise with a desire to help seniors navigate technology in an increasingly digital world.
But her most personal and recent venture began with family. Tiffany comes from generations of military service. Her father served in the U.S. Army from 1956-1960, her grandfather was a World War II pilot, and her great-uncle was killed in action during World War II.
In September 2025, Tiffany accompanied her father on the Rhode Island Fire Chiefs Honor Flight. The experience was life-changing and confirmed what she had begun feeling months earlier — that serving Veterans was part of her greater purpose.
Soon afterward, Tiffany partnered with Board Certified Elder Law Attorney Heidi Friedman to help launch VAPS - Veteran Aid & Planning Services in early 2026.
Today, Tiffany describes VAPS as the perfect combination of PURPOSE and PASSION, bringing together everything her career and life have prepared her to do.
She will complete her fourth Honor Flight in August 2026 and plans to complete three more flights by the end of the year. When she isn’t working or volunteering, Tiffany loves sports, fiercely supports her New England teams, enjoys fishing, golf, and is a proud bulldog mama.

Tiffany's father, John DiPanni, served in the US Army from 1956-1960 and spent most of his time training in Germany.
In September 2025, Tiffany served as Guardian to her father on the RI Fire Chiefs Honor Flight which lit the flame to pursue her passion to help our Veterans and their families.
George G. Simpson
US Army Air Force - WWII
Tiffany's grandfather was a pilot in the US Army Air Force during World War II. He married her grandmother just days before deployment.
Fun Fact:
Tiffany's mother was pregnant during the 1984 Olympics, and her grandfather was incredibly impressed with figure skater, Tiffany Chin.
Unfortunately, he passed away unexpectedly just weeks before her birth, so she was given her name in his memory.
